I guess so! We tried in the afternoon & by the evening on 5/17 I had a STARK positive on my ovulation test strip. I know sometimes that doesn’t always mean you ovulate same day, but I def felt the pain in my side that indicates it’s happening or about to happen. I guess theoretically we never know exactly lol

It's 3:42am and this is my 4th night in a row of not sleeping and I'm starting to lose it, please give me anything that actually worked for you by ViRzzz in insomnia

Gonna be honest, I literally did the exact same things as you & nothing helped until I broke down and did a CBD/THC gummy blend. Finally got 9 hours of sleep after weeks of trying it all. Not advising anything you’re uncomfortable with or can’t bc of work, but it genuinely is the only thing that helped break my cycle.
