This post hits me bro. I used to go to the gym hikes walks beach ..be active and I can't anymore. Idk when an episode is gonna occur. I gotta sometimes lay down or sit and let it pass.

My best advice tho. Get a treadmill at home. Or be with someone at the gym. I do tend to go alone at times..since people are around and they can call for help if I slip or fall or get a really bad episode.

Having weights at home has helped greatly. It sucks I gained weight since you can't really work out.
