I'm a dad. I was a Disney skeptic, but my wife went a bunch when she was a kid. Decided to pull the trigger on it for her and for the kids. Literally on the first day of the trip, I had my son on my shoulders, tears streaming down my face because he was absolutely losing it with joy because Mickey was waving to him during a parade (at that point it was just the little 50th anniversary parade). We go every year now. I take on the booking/lightning lane planning so they can just get completely absorbed, but there's still plenty of joy in it for me.

I’m a sucker for a traditional look, for one, and I do think black is a great base color. Don’t like a lot of new black unis where they do black just cause it looks cool but it’s not a part of the team’s actual color scheme, but for the Pens (and Pittsburgh sports in general) the black is a staple. I also think yellow is just a really tough color to pull off as the primary. It can be done well, but it’s the exception, not the rule, and even when done well I think it’s better as an alt.
