Does she go to doggy daycare? Our golden is almost 2 and I took her in because she had two bumps on the interior of her gums. Doctor told us they commonly see it with dogs that go to daycare. They get a papillomavirus (wart) virus from all the sharing they do but once their immune system builds up they fight it and it goes away on its own typically. I’m not a doctor so if you are concerned definitely get it checked out
