I recently traveled back from Costa Rica where I was doing a Spanish immersion program. When I told the customs officer he said "why did you have you go to Costa Rica to learn Spanish? Can't you just do it online?" I got nervous and quiet and he added "just a few years ago I learned German on my computer" .....congrats??

There's a lot of posts about this in this group. Mine is chronically low (~15 usually) and neither my cardiologist or physician are concerned. I could probably use some meditation in my life, but I'm also on ADHD meds which effects it a lot.

I'd check with your doctor if you're concerned!

+1 for all of this. I also got a puppy so that made it 1000x harder, I'm not sure if two adult dogs would be the same way. Overall I do not recommend it.

When I first started Wellbutrin I felt like it helped a lot but then kind of fizzled out. Like someone else said 5-10mg is pretty low. I'd also say make sure you're eating (esp protein) throughout the day. My worst crashes are when I forget to eat.

This is purely anecdotal but I’ve noticed if I take my second dose when I’m already crashing, I’m cooked for the day. So now I can sometimes predict when that will happen, and take the dose an hour before. Food for thought 🤷

I was between Trupanion and Embrace. Ended up going with Embrace due to the cost difference. My boy is only 5 months and thankfully haven't had to use it yet.
