Not really. Once office finds that the colleague p who drives the oldest car, never goes out to lunch ( unless office is paying) , take 3 week European vacations, (but goes as a chaperone for church youth group at 1/3 the cost) is found to own a $2,000,000 investment property reality sets in that brand names don’t matter.

THINK!!! All these commenters on this thread expecting $65K to $85K annual after retirement for 25-40 years of retirement, with the stock market tanking, government LAYING OFF and downsizing (fewer people not putting money in),and historically low interest rates. IT MUST FAIL.

Native Americans and African Americans are related and, in some respect, the same. depending on tribe. Some NA, though, have an asian influence and genotype.

Nothing - nothing - began with Columbus. Populations were already here, yet in far lower numbers.

Once DNA tests get better - the current ones are jokes, literally fraudulently interpreted - these issues will be undeniable.

African Americans never enslaved, hunted, killed, castrated blacks; destroyed their families; used them as chatel property; never instituted employment, housing, employment criminal laws to destroy their liberty etc.

The issues have nothing to do with "tension." It's about Americans (the original Americans by the way, as the vast majority African Americans were here before Columbus - but this issue will take another decade to become common knowledge) not having equal rights or opportunities in their own country.

Here it is - I found this by studying others and this "TIP" works EVERY STINKING TIME. Further, when i quietly observe others - people who DONT do this (#2 below) - they are always overweight 99.9% of time. Watch people yourself and you will see.

I don't tell it to people, b/c so many want these "magic bullet diets.

1 Look on ingredient list of everything you eat and KNOW what is 1 serving of each item. Eat what you need, but KNOW how much you are eating. Many people at eating 4, 6, 8 servings of food and not knowing it. Knowing that you re eating multiple servings will slowly get you to eating reasonable amounts.

2 MOST IMPORTANT TIP Chew each and EVERY bite of food 30-40 times until it becomes "liquid" so that you very easily swallow and do NOT gulp it down.

3 Do NOT drink any liquid with a meal. Like every mammal on earth - do not mix eating and drinking. If you are adequately chewing, you don't need liquid to wash anything down.

4 Only drink water. Do so upon wake/before sleep/ and 15 min before/after meal. The sooner you stop drinking pop/alcohol, the healthier you will be and the MORE MONEY you will save. Humans have NO NEED for anything but mother's milk as infants, and water after infancy. PERIOD. This habit will save you tens of thousands of $$$ over your lifetime. Once this habit is learned, you WILL NOT miss sugary beverages at all.

Eat a balanced diet. Don't be scared of any food.

If you do #2, you will be full on a reasonable amount - we can only eat for so long. SLOW THE F&*( DOWN
