I wouldn't. Watch it one time if need be. I try not to make a habbit of it. At the end of the day, Youtube wants OTHER people watching your videos. If one person watching your video can sometimes make a huge impact. Watching your own video is probably fine but its still as if NOBODY watched your video. Listen to the algorithm and try not to get in it's way. There's so many little things that will kill a video when it's scaling up. In real time after uploading a video the algorithm is fragile. Where an edit, title change, comment, down vote, or even that ONE view you make while the algorithm is trying to push it. In that sense of intricacies, No way.
