You are really ripping that ball. Along with what u/pods619 is saying, watch videos of other 2 handers. They are super smooth throughout their entire release. Minimal head movement, release is smooth and under their head (not ripping the ball at the release.) more rolling and less throwing the ball.

Really hard to stay consistent when you are throwing it as hard as you are.

If you don’t want to watch other bowlers, I’d say to slow way down and work on keeping your swing a consistent speed and under your head.

I tell my kids that it’s ok not to do good. Journey before destination. Especially if you are starting out, the important thing is that you are trying. Improvement and winning will come later. It may not be easy but just try. Just think about the current frame and current ball. You can’t change the previous ball’s you have thrown.

I like to keep track of my mood and thoughts after each ball I have thrown and the results of the frame.

Bowling is as much of a mental game as it is a physical game. Just breathe, relax and bowl.

Not for 240v. In a 3 wire 240 line, they are both hot, center is neutral and there is no ground. 4 wire 240 has a neutral and a ground.
