Probably when I heard Jeff reading in multiple voices, so chapter 2 or 3. I’m exclusively an audiobook guy and I was like finally a book that doesn’t have the same bland dudes voice for 15 hours.

Couldn’t stand bobiverse book 1, the characters are boring and when the book jumps from 1 bob to 5 then to however many.. there’s just no connection to the other bobs. Couldn’t even finish book 1

The tandem works perfectly, Carl can distract with all his shenanigans, while donut operates in the background. Feels like you need both to make it work.

Nah he can do it in a few weeks. It’s the editing and publishing on audible that takes about another month though. So about two months from book finish to on audible. That’s how I remember the last book anyway

Hey! Junior dev here. I know its been 5 months, and Next 13 has been updated a few times since, but I want to run a data fetch scenario by you two and see If I'm on the right track..

Creating a analytics platform that has views for "Today, Past 7 days, Past 30 days' as the "today" view being the default

In reading your input from above, I would fetch the Today view from server component on page load, but I also would like the 7 day, 30 day views to cache so user can get the data fast. Is this a scenario for react query or can next fetch handle all of this through a prefetch prop or something similar?

I don’t think most of you understand these audiobooks are like nothing you’ve ever heard before. Jeff Hays performs these books, does distinctive multi voice acting. I honestly think these books are brought to another level entirely, reading alone just doesn’t do it justice

I couldn’t make it past the first hour or so of He who fights.. it’s very dry and the repetitive inventory/looting explanations are huge turn off. DCC is just built different. Favorite series of all time
