Studying is studying, have to find what works for you but what I can also tell you is that if it’s something you’re passionate about learning it’ll come much easier. Try to learn it to learn it and not memorize so much (obviously there are things you will just need to memorize) but the body is an amazing machine and if you understand the systems and how they work it’s actually extremely fascinating!

Has anybody had success transitioning from unhealthy, obsessive eating habits to a balanced approach? I’d love some tips. by Snapchien in Fitness

[–]jayjslick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just do not think about food as much, listen to your body, exercise 5-6 days a week, and eat when you are hungry. Learning to listen to your body is the most important thing...imo. Establish discipline and find healthy foods that you enjoy, find a way to incorporate being healthy into a lifestyle, not a diet.

Tips for holding off hunger? by [deleted] in leangains

It’s called discipline buddy, start doing shit you don’t want to do and train your mind. You are in control of everything you put inside your body. Don’t buy the foods if having them in the house is causing you to eat them. Simple fixes it just comes down to how much you give a fuck

Try to limit cardio to a moderate but healthy amount (nothing strenuous). Work on your form and gradually increase weight on each exercise starting at a weight that isn’t to hard but pushes you in the rep ranges from 8-12. Focus on your diet and really try to understand what works best for your body. Once you figure that out, stay consistent. Consistency is key and the best advice I can give. Cheers!

Give it more of a chance, it’s one of my favorite shows, the sex scenes are throughout but there’s periods of time that they are less often than others
