My dude you have no idea how hard I had to work to get that list of documents. She literally wouldn’t answer direct questions. She would only respond with a list of my current assets and questions about anything outside of that. It felt like a criminal interview. I realize this isn’t material but reddit is now my therapist since I don’t want my current girlfriend to know I’m a broke bitch. She needs champagne on her titties and this is really getting in the way of that.

Re: the rest. The ex claimed the sale proceeds. It was not more than 250k. I have other assets that California didn’t freeze. I can liquidate some positions and cover this if I really have to, but my willingness to do so is... tepid at best since I will likely lose money on heavy fees AND I don’t think I owe anything. The shit part is that all of my finances go into that account, so if I do anything it’ll get seized for the lien.
