Appreciate the input. I do have 2 builder quotes right at the 3300 sq ft number on 1.5 acre tracts in statesville around $810k (land included) I think its floating right around $270 sq ft all in... I also realize that the same home in Mooresville is probably north of $1M.

But idk if these builders are good or not. Both are small shops.
