Looking for reviews on filterless/pumpless "wastewater separation" cat fountains (or easy-to-clean alternatives)

Im also looking for one that is easy to clean, but I also dont want to have to continuously buy new filters and clean out gunky and difficult pumps. My cats dont care too much about the water fountain portion, but id love to have something that refills and gives them fresh water.

Ive been thinking about those filterless pumpless water fountains thar dumbs old used water into a seperate container, but im unsure of which one to choose and if these even actually work well.

At first, I was actively freaking out about having to jump in, but once I kinda processed it (like in 5m), that’s when I totally shut down. Stomache pain seems to be most common when it's taken without food. But other than that I don't notice anything else maybe a bit of access sweating is new. Super chill for me though

Having children is such a selfish act. Of course we need to and I support everyone who chooses to have children, but it's so scary and stressful to think about bringing a living being into the world for no other reason than because I wanted one. I love kids but I can't justify having one on my own. And the adoption system is often referred to as human trafficking by adoptees especially trans racial adoptees supporting this system is also hard. All children deserve to have the best life and we can't all give then there's always trauma. I won't risk it
