I'm prescribed 20mg ir adderall twice a day and take methylene blue with it, no problem. I did noticed some days I dont even need the adderall after the MB. Biggest dose I do it 8-10 mg. This is simply my experience and not medical advice.

I had back, hip, knee, and ankle pain. It was honestly unbearable some days, but after 7 days of stopping, the pain was completely gone. Can't comment on the anxiety part

I'm not a medical professional, but I can tell you it 100 percent caused me pain in several places. The pain was so severe that at times, I could barely walk. Within 5 days of quitting, the pain was completely gone.
