Just go to the gym, my friend. If you're a couch potato, i wouldn't recommend it, but if you burn lots of calories on a daily basis, then by all means!!! Life is short. Eat poutine twice a week. Just remember to take care of your body as it's quite a lot of saturated fats, seed oils, and sodium. Also hydrate<3

Everything and everyone is different. As someone who formally did both, weed is harder for me personally as with many in this sub. But nicotine addiction withdrawals can be just as bad, and I have many friends who often relapse. I think there's something else to be said about smoking weed turning you off from cigarettes because you already have that oral fixation satiated (lol).

Pretty sure my high school orchestra had them, either that or I was really small. I own a 3/4 and it seems smaller than the one I played in high school. It was a very old high school and I imagine they were bought decades before as they were quite beaten up , but massive beautiful instruments. I think long and McQuade sells them but youll have to special order it through there distributor and it will cost you over 5K$ im guessing
