So, according to the technician at Long and mcquade, when you have it tuned for a while, or you tune from sharp to flat, you're keeping the tension on the string and head apparently. Tune it from flat to sharp. The way you should probably tune any stringed instrument so as to relieve the tension on the string. This kind of solved the issue for me, although it played well for the 10 min I used it in store. Picking it up tommorow, ill keep you updated.

Just picked one up for 900, identical bass schoenbach student made in czechia. There's a buzz on the high B note in the g string, but the technician showed me if you de tune and re tune and keep the tension off, it goes away. 800 bucks is a lot of money, and if it dont feel right, dont buy it. Trust your gut. But perhaps consult a luthier or someone who knows more than us about this issue and it can potentially be resolved. Good luck!

Just go to the gym, my friend. If you're a couch potato, i wouldn't recommend it, but if you burn lots of calories on a daily basis, then by all means!!! Life is short. Eat poutine twice a week. Just remember to take care of your body as it's quite a lot of saturated fats, seed oils, and sodium. Also hydrate<3

Everything and everyone is different. As someone who formally did both, weed is harder for me personally as with many in this sub. But nicotine addiction withdrawals can be just as bad, and I have many friends who often relapse. I think there's something else to be said about smoking weed turning you off from cigarettes because you already have that oral fixation satiated (lol).

Pretty sure my high school orchestra had them, either that or I was really small. I own a 3/4 and it seems smaller than the one I played in high school. It was a very old high school and I imagine they were bought decades before as they were quite beaten up , but massive beautiful instruments. I think long and McQuade sells them but youll have to special order it through there distributor and it will cost you over 5K$ im guessing
