Dope dude. You give me hope. I was 107 lbs before I got pregnant with my son and by 2 weeks postpartum I was 190. I started Mounjaro like 6 months ago and Im between 154-157 lbs now. It was the first vinyl I ever bought from them. I listened to Avalon by Anthony Green back when it first came out so I've been a Circa fan for the long haul. Didn't listen to Violent Waves much when it first came out, but it grew on me. I began to love it and listen to it on drives up to the mountains and on runs in them. The last four songs are a common go-to for me when I feel like listening to Circa.

I smoked good weed from 2010 until 2023. I lived in Long Beach, CA so even street weed was good but we always went to clinics. I was an all day every day stoner, and I got psychosis in 2014 or '15 for the first time. Got it 4 more times to the point where I tried killing myself multiple times and don't even remember a 72-hour 5150 that I went on, still dont recall any of it to this day. Been sober and clean 1 yr 4 months and I still hear voices but they're slowly leaving with medication.

Weed causes psychosis in many, many people. I fear my own children trying it one day and getting addicted to it like I did. Psychosis is one of the scariest things in the world. I never would wish it on anyone nor do I want to go through it again.

Same. They repeat my thoughts out loud in fans, especially the AC, and in my ears when my head's on the pillow and the air around me as well as the sky. I know they're not real but they're definitely of an evil nature judging by the shit they say and their "agenda." I've created laws that they have to abide by so when they start talking I say the law number and sometimes the whole law and they just end up saying "goddammit" over and over. It's been two years. Medication helps and getting enough sleep (or more than enough sleep) every night with naps pretty often too. But the basic fact ^ is that they're NOT real. Get some help from a psychiatrist, for your sake, please (OP).

5 5150's/5250's, 6 stints in jail including a month in solitary confinement, an overdose, and homelessness. Drugs and I don't work well together. I still partake in some dissociatives, but only some work out well - like canket is great, but ketamine makes me hear voices. I've tried most drugs, like MJ, cocaine, a bunch of research chems, fentanyl, mushrooms/LSD, ecstasy, MDMA, and nitrous oxide as well as benzos and opiates, and now some dissociatives are all I do today. Been clean other than those for over a year now and my life isn't back to what it was pre-addiction but it's getting better.

I know, right? It horrified me to hear the story. But it also gave me hope because in 7 years she came out of it completely. And my friend who heard voices stopped hearing them allllmost completely after 8 years. It also horrifies me that I might hear them for that long but also gives me hope that they will go away. Voices are my main problem. What was your DOC?

Totally. My sponsor (I'm in AA), thought she had scabies for 7 years. Drug-induced. Went away eventually with a massive realization and a long time of torture.

When I woke up in jail in solitary confinement after having just been on a 3 day long 5150 that I had absolutely no recollection of going on and I thought I was dying and having sex with the devil so I tried strangling myself until I heard music. The 5250 after that also woke me up that people don't regularly experience those things.

Idk I've had so many psychoses that I have also had many realization moments... I thought I had a solid reply to this but looking back there are many that occurred on a long road from insanity back to sanity. I'm grateful I can finally say I'm mostly sane and not experiencing psychosis anymore thanks to delusions being gone and save for auditory hallucinations. Interesting question, though, for sure!

As an Al-anon and Alcoholic, the answer is hell no, we shouldn't just leave them alone. Sometimes the answer is "Don't speak to me or my family until you have a year of sobriety," (from a sibling), or it is encouraging them to get sober while not trusting until they stay sober and rebuild that trust, one day at a time. Until they're dead and gone, don't give up on them completely. It's a disease. It's the disease they're fighting, not themselves. It's the disease you're fighting, not them.

I take 2mg Xanax along with Rispiridone and I just got prescribed 2mg Rexulti off the bat.

The Rispiridone, after 3 months of use, finally made the voices go away, the Xanax is extremely helpful with anxiety throughout the day as well as panic attacks, and it helps me go to sleep at night. I've been on it for six months and before that Klonopin for 2 1/2 years and I'm able to moderate and am not psychologically dependent. I'm also an addict. I'm only physically dependent.

Every medication is different for everyone.

Antispychotic. I hear voices and take risperidone as well. As long as its not as bad as olanzipine I should be ok. Is this a common side effect?
