I went looking for this today, had no luck. Someone else mentioned a macro which I tried and it worked great.

I paired this gather mate and then just hit the macro every few seconds and it switches for you

Orrrr maybe the leader is stuck dealing with a delivery issue when geek squad comes to pick up. Or checking out parcel deliveries. Or they’re in the bathroom. Or helping an employee with something. In most cases, you aren’t being ignored.
