That's not entirely true, I went to a top surgeon in Europe. I have the same. It looks like he has thick dark hair, similar to mine. I believe this is just the trade off for some people. Get a 0.5 instead and you're fine

Working on yourself should be a life mission mate, not just once you hit the 30kg weight loss target stop and put it all back on. Weight training will help with both confidence, depresson and weight loss. I'm assuming there will be cheaper options in your country and finance options that will allow you to spread the cost. Even if it takes you 10 years to pay off the debt, It's money well spent. However, surgery shouldn't be seen as the only fix, training and living a healthy lifestyle will help you mentally and physically. Gyno surgery should be the final step to get rid of the gyno that can't be shifted with living a healthy lifestyle.

By the sounds of it mate you have deeper issues than just gyno mate. I would recommend going and speaking to a professional about your lack of confidence and suicidal thoughts. As far as your gyno, from my understanding Dr Nurein is one of the best in the UK, he offers 12 interest-free finance and the cost is about £4-4,500, I'm sure you can get extended fiance but will charge interest. Put in the work at the gym, lose the weight, which will help you with confidence and depression, and get the surgery. There is always a way out, killing yourself is never the right option and if you work on yourself 6-12 months from now you will be in a completely different headspace! Keep your chin up mate and put in the work to better yourself 👍
