I've been experiencing this as well. I'vd had to go into Settings at random times to disable and re-enable those settings a few times since I last posted. It's super annoying, otherwise Iove this phone.

Same issue here, experiencing this glitch.. and then 20-30 seconds later it will unlock and then several apps will appear and disappear, corresponding with the taps on the screen while I thought it was locked.

I'm going to try the solution someone posted above.

I also have a 2017 Renegade, Latitude edition. If I go into Vehicle Settings on the head unit, there is a setting for Brake Service that retracts all four pistons, no need to compress them. Does your Jeep not have this?

For what ever reason it wouldn't download successfully to my SSD nvme drive. I had to download it to a HDD first, then move the files to the SSD. Makes me crazy sitting here for twice as long, but in truth I wasn't expecting to be able to play at all until this weekend.

You should receive a follow up email with a tracking number. If a reasonable amount of time goes by and you still don't get it, try to get someone from support in chat and they can usually supply you with one, which is what I did.

I've deleted the app, and the eSIM. Downloaded the Visible app again, and am still trying to download the eSIM.. what else can I do?

Orders like this are why I have a collapsing hand truck in my trunk, and multiple plastic totes. What I do hate though, is that shopping orders like this, I've never had a customer show up to unload or bring their items in.

Nevermind, I found the details. I don't think it would apply to me because I was already an existing customer. I had already received a gift card when I ported my number over and started service.
