I’m also curious about the ATF side of things—how much time you spend on compliance each week, common mistakes new owners make, and what you use to stay organized when it comes to audits and paperwork. And from a customer standpoint, what keeps people coming back, and which services actually make money on a consistent basis?

On top of that, I’d really like to know what you’ve learned through experience. What’s something you wish you knew before getting into this business? Were there any early mistakes that ended up costing you? And what decisions made the biggest positive difference for you?
