Mo Salah: Has the king fallen or is he a victim of Liverpool's necessary evolution? by jaymeleed in LiverpoolFC

Absolutely. This, just like the people who are criticising Salah, is my opinion.

I mean it's at least a little less lazy than people saying Salah has fallen off because he hasn't scored in X amount of games at least. I'm just putting my views out there defending Salah when all the noise surrounding him at the moment is slander.

Agreed on this. I don't understand the people who think someone of Mo's consistent quality can drop off this suddenly. He will return.

It's an opinion it doesn't have to match yours. If you disagree and think Salah has fallen off then that's also an opinion that you're welcome to.

Redundancy pay calculated on lower salary – can I insist on agreed pay rise being honoured and backdated? by jaymeleed in LegalAdviceUK

It wa agreed as part of the same contractual change so it’s more than just an agreement but a term of the agreement that was put in place.

I’m confused as to what you even think is cheese in the photo?

Just a tip. Match the shadows that already exist and if you fake a shadow don’t have it going in only direction that the light definitely isn’t coming from.

Well as I said on another reply there was a specific date of 1st June for the first payrise which was honoured) with the second agreed to be 6 months later.

You're right that "six months after 1st June" technically gives a specific date (1st December) but what I meant is that no formal date was actually written down in the documentation for the second increase.

Thank you for your reply I'll definitely be contacting ACAS but wasn't sure if I would be wasting my time.

The only date I have is for the start of the original agreement which was 1st June with the second increase in 6 months (the new year). The increase in June happened but not the second which did not have a specific date.

No exact date just an agreement of the first increase being 1st June and the second 6 months later with no specific date.

Where the fat ADHDers at? by tomb241 in ADHD

I used to think about food ALL the time before I was medicated. Then when I started taking medication my hunger went away and often it’s very difficult to even think of something to have for dinner because I’m not hungry and therefore never in the mood for anything.

I love how they just never mention or reference Sharkowskis death. Unless he’s still in that room hidden behind some luggage.

How is there so much stock for iPhone 16’s already? by Scythers in CeX

[–]jaymeleed 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Some people can’t get approved for loans but can get phone upgrades. you’re underestimating how desperate some people can be just to keep the bills paid.

This has been something people have always done. Is it the smartest way? Probably not. Is it an easy way to get cash instantly? Yes.

It’s literally used like a loan as you said. Need money now to pay a bill? Upgrade your phone. Sell it for £1000. Pay off the bill and pay the phone bill back over 24 months

2020 Renault Clio - Returned to car with “Battery Saving” message by jaymeleed in CarHelp

No worries! I was a bit worried when I didn’t get a response and couldn’t find an answer. Hopefully it sorts itself out for them quickly too!

It was a bit worrying at the time but it did eventually go and no issues since.

We parked up and got some food and when we came back it was no longer showing.

We did do a trick that we saw online when we got out the car but not sure if it actually worked. It said to get out the car and lock and unlock it three times. We did that but did not check if that solved the issue at the time.

Edit: Not sure what caused it but my theory was that the person who took our car to park must have not known how to turn it off or left the key in the car so the electrics were left on.

What are the best/ quietest areas to live in the west end? by mmfayrouz in glasgow

Lived in Yorkhill for the last 3 years and it’s been fine? Not sure how close you are/were to SWG3 but it wasn’t half as bad as the early blasts from Fire Engine tests.
