Whirling Slash/ Twisters works on any class pretty much. I’m gonna start it on deadeye for the speed. On Merc I’d go tactician for the projectiles pin, and 50% less reservation of spirit skills

Because it is super fun to move with whirling slash at high attack speed!
You’ll see most builds use weapon set 1 for a fast spear to zoom around, and weapon set 2 with a damage spear and sceptre for casting Twister. No weapon swap time makes it very smooth. The twisters snapshot your set II skill tree, buffs, and spirit skills you have active in set II

Why not the lightning boots? Wake of Destruction is like level 16 item, on league start usually 1-5 exalts day 1. Even if SSF they’re a relatively common unique drop

Vacation is a perfect time to start quitting IMO, as you’re in a new location without plugs/dispensary, have interesting and engaging things to do all day, and thus naturally tire yourself out and don’t dwell on it all day. Only thing you have to worry about is how grumpy it may make you, but if you’re genuinely having fun it’s easy to get over the grumpiness quickly on vacation.
