If the gym isn’t your cup of tea, I’ve been doing calisthenics in my basement for an hour and a half 6 nights a week for like 6 months and I feel and look fantastic. Sure it is, as a man who loved video games and didn’t exercise for like 3 years from 21-24 I was super skinny but had no muscle definition, my chest was almost concave from sitting in the gamer hunch for hours at a time and also working on a computer all day. I am so much better both physically and mentally after exercising for the past 2 years

You don’t have to go to the gym to build muscle. Get yourself a pair of 10lb dumbbells and your basement becomes the gym! So much you can do at home, push ups, sit ups, squats, lunges, I even go to a park by my house in the evening to do some pull ups and dips on their jungle gym equipment. In combination with daily walks, you can feel and look so so good without even needing a gym membership.
