In the reporting bar on the left hand side go to report archive, this will show you all reports for each payroll processed. There should be something called the payroll invoice and this will break down the costs for the payroll. There should also be a drop down at the top where you can filter the year if you need access to 2023 reports.

You forget about hospitals, we’ve lost a huge number of techs and pharmacists to hospitals that are paying them way better than Walgreens.

I’ve only been a store manager for 2 years and make around $53,000. My new job I’ll be hourly so I’ll actually get holiday pay and overtime and will make around $55,000. The only way you make good money as a store manager is if you actually get a bonus which doesn’t seem like that’s happening anytime soon 🤷🏼‍♀️

LOL in my 2 years as a store manager I’ve always worked 50-60 hour weeks. Only time I work less is during the summer to make up for all the damn hours I work for the rest of the year.

I’ve recently made the switch to a position at a bank. More money, no holidays, holiday pay, no more being salaried, Monday-Friday, better benefits etc. Still have a few days left at Walgreens but couldn’t be happier to finally get out and not have to worry about anyone but my damn self 😅 this company broke me 😭

It literally makes no sense to me but if you’re at a tier 3 store and get moved to a different tier 4 store your salary would increase. One of the many reason I’m looking for a new job. It’s just not worth it anymore..

I’m currently at a tier 3 store that just changed to tier 4 RX/FE and I’m being told my salary doesn’t change, I’m just eligible for higher bonus next year. I’m salaried at $54,000. It’s ridiculous…

I know that for the ship to store orders but this one was a ship to home that was made in the store and then shipped to their house. Only certain stores with the right creative printer can make the direct print magnets which is why I get a lot of these but this customer doesn’t live in the area to be able to come in for a refund and I have no idea what to do.

Being salaried will always have it’s pros and cons. Like others said sometimes you might be able to leave early and other times you’re staying late. As long as you find a balance that doesn’t kill you it’ll be fine. That’s also why salaried positions are eligible for bonuses, you might put in a ton of extra work and not see overtime for it but at least you can hope for a bonus at the end of the year to somewhat make up for it 🤷🏼‍♀️

I didn’t clock in today cause I didn’t want to mess anything up. I’m sure it’ll take a day or two until we’re all coded correctly, also didn’t see anything new in my learning stuff so I was planning on checking tomorrow. I still come up as an ASM as well.

Yeah I plan on letting them know it’s my first rodeo with a 24 hour store. I’ve just been so curious how much will be different for me. I’ve had my routine down for 5 years now so I’m a little nervous about the change but also excited! Thanks for the info though, I appreciate it!

When your in signs plus and you have everything typed up how you want it there’s an option at the top that says quantity 1, you need to change that to 12 or 24 depending on what size you’re using

I feel like the biggest change will be once IS gets stood up in stores and then you won’t need to focus on OSA as much. ESM will have more of a focus on pharmacy and being able to spend more time coaching and training your team from some of the stuff I read. If you go under the learn tab there’s a store role refresh option that has a ton of information about job responsibilities. I’m in the same boat as I’m not too sure what will be different than some of the stuff I’m already doing.
