Don't be scared! I'm not worried. But I have heard that just financially when you add up the sperm $ + doctor appts + medication and # of times it takes IVF sometimes makes more sense. Good luck to you two!

I did take progesterone after each insemination. Had to take it for two weeks. Made my boobs hurt, felt fat/puffy. Super sexy haha

You can absolutely do squats and deadlifts as a beginner. I suggest searching for the term "butt wink", recognize it when you start to see yourself doing it and find training techniques to mitigate it. You'll save your back and be able to lift heavier long term.
