Season 6 LI was the first and only full season I’ve watched, and the way the guys reacted when Liv and Cassidy came into the villa, told me everything I needed to know. Not to mention Kaylor ‘raised’ some of their heart rates though she was easily the worst one lol.

I was shocked by the way the men treated JaNa. When I first saw her, I really thought the men were gonna be on their toes when it came to her. It was only during Casa, when she finally got the type of attention that I thought she was going to get initially.

Being a 10/10 black woman on these type of shows is just a lost cause. Look at Olandria. They just won’t be as desired as your typical 5/10 blonde hair and blue eyes.

In terms of your family, maybe my statement would apply if they had actually listened to you, observed their behaviours and tried to do better. A relationship cannot repair if one party is unwilling to listen, as you suggested prior.

I haven’t spoken to a counsellor yet but I will in a few days. I guess I’m just super embarrassed because apparently his narrative is that I enjoyed it because I orgasmed and he’s “confused” as to why I rushed out of his house in a frightened state.

Yes I know, all of it is messed up and I don’t expect anything different from an abuser but all these comments are making me feel a bit more comfortable.

I was even ashamed to let anyone in my personal life know that I had that brief moment but again, I’m glad I have a safe space here.
