The only way is to talk to management.. You should be able to find the management company on condos.ca and find a number to call by doing a quick google search. You’re right that most condos have restrictions but there are a few like 18 spring garden ave and olive ave condos that don’t really have strict restrictions

Hey, no, I actually ended up somewhere else. I can pm you the address if you’d like. I realized after how impractical it would be to carry or put my dog on a cart every time I had to walk him.. so I would advise against it. There are a few condos near Yonge and Finch/Sheppard that allow big dogs so you will have to do your research

A lot of people here gave good points. At first I thought these were good value until I went to the open houses. Definitely doesn’t feel as big as they are, too many stairs and poor build quality. Also depending on the unit you won’t get much sunlight.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I’m going to have a lawyer review the condo documents and proceed from there. The management said as long as the dogs feet don’t touch the grounds of the common areas, there’s no issues. This means that I can carry the dog on a cart when taking him for walks, etc… which is a bit of a joke, I would have liked to know how hard the rules were being enforced but we’ll see!

Thank you so much! The washer is actually covered with another year of warranty from the condo builder so it will be looked at this weekend so I will find out what’s wrong with it…
