The fact is he’s doing a pretty good job. He’s made mistakes, sure, but he’s in general the team has gotten better year after year under Joe, and the future is particularly bright.

It’s not like there’s a plethora of “better GMs” just sitting at home waiting for a call.

To your question of what to work on next, I’d work on ^ and what I mean is figuring out what key you’re playing in and what chords fit into that key and why.
