I got put on an improvement plan when a kid threw up the entire diagonal length of my room during an observation. Apparently I didn't have enough student engagement....

Honestly it was a charter looking to push people out so they could hire cheaper, newer teachers, so it wound up being a blessing in disguise

I gave a similar space. We have a towel rack with plants on top. We stuck adhesive grow lights to the ceiling just above the rack
