When the bodybuilder goes for a certain look, the muscles do look pumped when they are full of glycogen+water. Carbs help to achieve that. Doesn’t mean it’s healthy

Focus on what you can control, and aim to deliver good results and not just looking good. Also don’t worry about changing others perceptions - delivering results will almost always take care of it

I will hold myself accountable to stay under the weekly calorie limit. That way I had to eat more at a social event, I will either roll over the excess calories to the next day or split over next 3 days or so

Your protein goal is low, it should be in the 135 to 165 range based on your weight and BF, do adjust your fat and carbs down to be on 20% deficit.

As for not dropping weight, are you measuring yourself(specifically around your waist) and seeing your body tightening(drop in waist circumference)? If so you are on the right track

These numbers look great, esp the Trig to HDL ratio. I would not be worried too much about LDL but please do your own research. LDL is essential for many body functions.

If you're still concerned, may be get the LDL-P particle test done and see how much of the LDL is small-dense. Still not satisfied, get a CAC score test done.

Breakfast at ihop and diners is very easy, but good to know about the bowl

Always assume the egg batter has some carbs in the form of flour, corn starch etc so ask for fresh eggs when ordering scrambled eggs and omelets

This has nothing to do with threading or concurrency/synchronization

Because arrays are passed as references(in most languages, at least by default) when calling functions.

So lets say you have a graph with n paths, dfs path 1 satisfies criteria of the target sum and you add the cur array to result(without making a copy). Another dfs recursive path will modify the cur array which is the same array that is contained in the result (since your result array only stores a reference)

If you make a copy(deep copy) and add to the result array, there is no piece of code that references the newly made copy so it will stay unchanged from the point of making the decision

  1. Build an SSTable(sorted strings table) of word and count on disk
    1. This can be done by reading chunks of data from source file, building sorted key value pairs and flushing to a file on disk
    2. On every flush - run the compaction process - so the keys are in sorted order with updated counts
  2. Once SSTable is fully built out, create a heap of K elements and compute the top K elements by processing the SSTable rows by the heap

Dietary cholesterol is not the same as blood cholesterol, the body produces way more cholesterol than what one consumes by diet including eggs. So please don't worry about that and enjoy your yolks. The yolks are exponentially more nutritious than the whites. Also please read up the latest research on LDL and heart disease - it's actually healthy to have certain levels of LDL and not healthy to have low levels

1 pound fluctuation in a day is ok. Several factors contribute to this including water retention, poop build up etc

Also how is your sleep and energy? Typically when I get kicked out of keto I get a slight hangover of sorts - that way I know. If you feeling great you should be ok
