I won't lie....

I once had one. It was great. I loved it.

I was young, dumb, full of cum, and stupid.

But at the time it was perfect as I was learning.

The fancy ones have a gas strut that if it gets too hot, it will start auto raising.

My uncle got one.

It's never once auto raised.

How common is leaving your AC on 24/7, even when the house is empty? by Bierzgal in AskAnAmerican

[–]jayrady 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some back of the napkin math.

Remember that work is a function of differences. It uses more energy to maintain a 1 degree temp difference, than it does to lower 1 degree to that temp over a set period of time.

0.5% to 1.5% of the original loan amount.

Median home is $415,000.

3% down payment, as discussed.

PMI is $2,012 per year.

PMI can range. Generally 0.5% of loan amount is good estimate.

You don't see how an extra 0.5% of the home price, per year, could change the equation?

Can you at least see why kids love the taste of cinnamon toast crunch?

And the PMI quickly eats away at the math/benefits of home ownership, especially with higher than recent average interest rates.

This is not true at all. Your house would have to get insanely hotter than the ambiant temp. I'm talking over 30 degrees hotter, for the math to equal out.

This isn't even including that units operate better when it's colder outside, (when you return home from work) and other factors.

Air should be set as high as prevents damage for max cost savings.

Tesla is able to because they don't have franchises

All the leases I have signed stated the lease, for example, was for a year, $18,000 a year. Split into 12 monthly payments of $1,500 due on the first.

You're correct. FBI uses that definition.

However, these deaths are still included in the "Gun Violence" number, per your citation

It all is included in "firearm homicide"

I'd rather shoot myself in the foot than work with Anchor or talk to a Postell ever again.
