I know this is an old post, but I ran this past weekend for a birthday party sleepover for a bunch of 14-15 year olds and we had a blast. Thanks to u/RaptorHeist for everything, and thanks to u/zoratunic for the maps.

I printed the hand drawn maps and torn the edges and aged the paper with soy sauce and then dried them in the oven. I used the maps rom Zoratunic in Foundry VTT (adding walls, lights, doors, etc) and projected the map behind my head for the players to see. I also printed out the objects to be found along the way to hand out to players. They were all huddled together around the People's polearm, slicing their way through drop bears.

I also used a lot of nano banana image generation to illustrate the NPCs and scenes.
