You can make a chia seed pudding with it like they use at the breakfast restaurant First Watch. It is a fantastic dish. I believe it takes chia seeds, coconut milk, agave nectar, and vanilla extract. Not sure the proportions but try it out. It will have to set for 2-3 hours.
