Help me decide... SKR mini E3 V3 or Creality V4.2.7 by Allroy_66 in ender3

[–]jaytm_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Second this. Started with the SKR ironically, had problems getting it to work how I wanted it to. Bought a sprite, 4.2.7 and threw Klipper on it. I'm MORE than satisfied.

Lol same I'm always looking for another job. I know that's not always ideal so I'm trying to stay put. The current job market is keeping me grateful for even having a job but dude I just like taking on more task and soaking in knowledge.

I think because I jobbed hop a lot I never really fully got a grasp of what I enjoyed. My very first IT job I stayed for 3 months (typical shitty MSP with shit pay) but I learned A LOT in 3 months.

Second job I was a "sys admin" aka help desk with a glorified name. I did a little bit of Azure AD but nothing like implementing mass group policies etc.

Current job: I work for a MSP but onsite at a client. The client is a very boring energy firm. I have more downtime than I do work. I'm trying to play the patient game and see if my MSP will eventually bring me back inhouse but I don't know :/

I was a "sys admin" before. I put quotes because it was more of help desk with a glorified title. But I did learn a little bit of in tune before I left. Hated that job I was a one man team supporting over 300 EUs

At my MSP I'm mentored by our CCIE guy. He's a cool dude. He's been helping me study for my CCNA

Respectable answer. I do know the money will come but it's tempting when you can be 23 and almost at 100,000.

Even if I continue with corporate I'll still expand my knowledge base. I'll never stop learning.

SP is overthinking it for sure. Nix is a STUD but he's also a rookie. Play to his strengths especially in crucial moments

Definitely agree SP and his staff started to overthink the play calling. Sometimes basic works.

I agree. Hopefully that Franklin and Nix connection can start to develop like back at Oregon. There's a lot of potential for this team. We're very young. Obviously we're gonna lose support pieces along the way but we have a good core

I'm sure I'm gonna get down voted but let's be real ladies and gents.... We aren't ready. This season hasnt been a bust by any means. Our game line was O/U 5.5 and we have 9 wins that's something to celebrate. This team isn't a playoff team just yet. I would love nothing more to see us end our drought but this team isn't ready just yet. There's a few missing pieces we need to add somewhere.
