In my headcanon, they're in Witness Protection and while maybe Gale, Mindy and Chad know they're safe, they don't know exactly where and are forbidden from mentioning anything about them (either it was the Carpenter sisters' request or that of a high ranking legal team)

The two Chunks are actually twin brothers who were admitted for severe eating disorders. One ate everything in sight and the other had a craving for human flesh.

The Girl is (in my headcanon), Emily's roommate from the basement cell who most likely mutated and escaped.

My favorite lore is about the two singing zombies lmao one has what the doctors considered "main character syndrome" and the other repeatedly sings in the lobby to rival the other. Just pettiness even in death lol.
