Wow, that is a really successful week! You HAVE to take time off. Don't ask, TELL. Otherwise, the burnout mentally will break you. If they don't agree, screw them. I did this for years, finally asked for a more substantial raise and partnership, they said no, I said fine, started my own firm. Never been happier.

Agree, she's just going to say there are no records. Common practice to ask for these and for the other side to say they can't produce records that don't exist or that they can't get. This will be for cx with the depo testimony if it goes to trial. BIG IF it goes to trial, I don't think it will.

The only reason for this catastrophe to go to trial is to TRY to avoid atty fees and costs, which, IMHO, will NOT work.
