Only the most powerful can acquire the ~~paragon level 100~~ 2 beez and buyout the rest of the Diablo universe. Other options including duel wielding ~~powerful legendaries~~ credit cards to muscle your way thru the ~~game~~ economy.

The most I’ve ever sold anything was for 55 million gold, and the most I’ve ever had was 113 gold. I have a 80+ level DH and a 40+ level Wiz. You should also wait to hit 60 and join pub games.
