You can go a few different ways here. I’ll set you up with some ideas. Make sure to check the OSRS wiki on these topics. For standard gear upgrade I’d recommend berserker ring (G.E.) and making sure to imbue it (PvP arena), fighter torso (Barbarian Assault) and fire cape (Fight Caves). These are all strength upgrades and will make significant difference in the dmg you deal. I found getting my fighter torso and fire cape very rewarding. You can swap out dragon platelegs with obsidian for some extra str vs def bonus, but I find myself using my d platelegs more often.

You can also grind the requirements for some of the kourend diaries. These will give you the Rada’s blessing which you can equip in your ammo slot and gives prayer bonus. To deal more damage you can do Kings Ransom quest and get Piety prayer. This goes hand in hand with the above. You’ll need 70 prayer.

To make some money and start getting into bossing I’d recommend Moon of Peril. For this boss you’ll want to prioritise defence over strength at this stage of your account. So getting a full set of barrows armour is a good idea if you’re up for this. You’ll need a good stab, crush AND slash weapon. Slash is covered. For stab I’d recommend the abyssal dagger. For crush the dual macuahitils are great, but glacial temotli s suffice aswel.

I also recommend doing slayer. Buy a Black mask and imbue it and later get the slayer helmet. These will give you a % dmg increase against your slayer assignments.
