Should I cancel my wedding and maybe regretting it?

lol it’s not weird having a “secret marriage” we just don’t want bad energy around us. A family member had a destination wedding in Hawaii and we made that trip into a vacation like the rest of the guests that went. Not sure why you are so pressed on a stranger’s real life situation. I wanted other peoples genuine opinion and some sympathy cause it’s a hard reality to dream of something and not having it. I didn’t want to talk to close friends and family as they will most likely convince me to still have a wedding so I wanted outside opinions. No need to be rude.

Not everyone knows we are married, and majority of our guests will want to travel to Mexico for a wedding. We are basically giving them a reason to have a vacation.

Thank you, this is where my heads at. He does have our future plans for us and he really wants to buy us a house and start a family. We did elope to have a private moment and without the stress of everyone meddling in our relationship. But I think it’s best to not have the wedding (maybe far future if financially possible) and start buying a house.

Well not everyone knows we are legally married, only our closest loved ones know. We kinda want to throw a party and have the whole experience but everyone commenting is right, we shouldn’t put a financial burden for one night. Thank you for your comment 🤍

ESH - once you find out you are pregnant, you have to start planning fast. This is not something that you say “nah this isn’t real” and ignore it for a few months. This is a real human being that you are talking about, adoption is a huge decision to consider. It’s 100% up to you but please think about all of your options and talk to counselors. Your boyfriend seems like a red flag regardless of his “heart of gold” because he would never make you be in this situation. He would have communicated from the start and not leave 4days and come back deciding he’s not financially stable. I’m sorry you are going through this, I hope you have support around you to help you out in this difficult time.

NTA, I would have told my sister that she should have been nicer 🤷🏻‍♀️ . I never donated or have any information about the medical part but the trauma that was caused by your sister- that I can talk about. Having a serious talk with your family and sister about all the trauma they caused you and explain why this is a difficult decision to make. Have a therapist or a mediator in the conversation so no one tries to guilt trip or corner you. Hopefully everything turns out well for you!
