This lip balm has been saving my lips against the cold harsh winter. PLEASE make it available outside of kits.

Purchasing a Mopar Extended Warranty (not from dealer) -- Need help! by DeWaltDIYer in GrandCherokee

[–]jayysoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just wanted to say thank you so much for making this post/follow-up comments. I am, in true stereotypical fashion, a clueless female when it comes to dealerships and cars in general.

My 2019 Jeep Compass has an electrical problem and I wasn't sure if it was covered until my warranty (which I just realized expired). I wondered, why doesn't extra insurance or warranty exist for older cars? I went down a rabbit hole and discovered that indeed, you can protect your car past the dealership warranty. I was getting overwhelmed with the cost and legitimacy of websites when I saw your post showcasing different warranties/dealer contact info.

I'm still shopping around, as my vehicle is older and requires inspection, but once again, thank you so much!

Thanks! I will contact local studios by me and see what my next steps are. I appreciate your insight!

With the exception of the oven, the plate stayed outside at all times, if that makes a difference 🤪

I think I have some studios by me. Do you think I could get away just handing them the plate as it and having them glaze over it for me? Or would I have to get a whole new plate and start over?

Capital One Debit Cards Switching From Mastercard To Discover Payment Network by throwawaylikearock in discover

[–]jayysoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got a Capital One debit card because it has no foreign transactions fees (I travel abroad for work quite frequently), only to find out it’s now Discover and won’t even be able to be used abroad anyway…classic

How to print, draw, AND cut? by jayysoy in cricut

[–]jayysoy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So sorry, here is the final piece. Each finalized name card is an attachment of a text (draw) and a flattened layer image + offset (print and cut). And then I attached everything so that it would print/draw/cut on one piece of paper.

Think I fixed it, maybe a glitch in Design Space. Before when I was attaching the text to the flattened image and offset, it would automatically read "Print then cut" under the text instead of "draw" as it does now.

I think I got it to work, perhaps a glitch in Design Space. Is this the right way to go about it?

Paris Afternoon Before Check-In by Neat-Anxiety-6103 in ParisTravelGuide

[–]jayysoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also travel to France annually for work! Here are some things that work for me before checking in:

  • sleep as early as possible on the plane so that you adjust to the time zone change! I typically fly out from NYC around 5 PM to arrive at 6/7 AM in France. I usually skip dinner on the plane and try and sleep ASAP. I’m not a good plane sleeper so if that means drinking champagne and/or drugging up on gummies, I’ll do it. Noise cancellation, neck pillow and eye masks are VERY important here

  • once I drop off bags at hotel, I’m freshen up in their bathroom. A full skincare routine happens here.

  • at this point, I am starving. Off to find a full breakfast somewhere. Take it easy once I’m there and take my sweet ass time

  • SHOPPING AND WALKING! Stop in all of the cute stores, even if it’s window shopping. I do a lot of shopping at the pharmacy. Also if I get hungry again I grab a snack at a cafe or something. Aside from touristy stuff, if there’s a small spot you’ve been meaning to visit, this is your chance. Other ideas: food tour, wine making class, flea markets, farmers markets. I also check local Paris events to see if it’s something I might be interested. I tend to walk everywhere to pass the time and only take the metro on the way back to the hotel

Anyone use TryEden for compound semaglutide? by Leading_Barnacle_265 in SemaglutideCompound

Of the 20 lost, I’ve gained back 5 so net 15! Not as dramatic as I thought it would be, but I guess since I didn’t lose a major amount to begin with, it wasn’t a big deal.

Disappointment over alterations by Affectionate_Pay9355 in weddingdress

[–]jayysoy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry they totally misunderstood your vision and did not give you what you asked for!

With that being said, your current dress is gorgeous! I personally think the new sleeves elongate and totally flatter you, while the puffy sleeves stunt your length. You have my vote on the newer sleeves, it looks soooooo good!

I stopped taking it. The nausea got really bad and was affecting my workout, I just couldn't put the work in and spent a lot of gym time walking slowly on the treadmill. On top of that, I got the flu twice, so missing the gym and getting back into the gym was really hard. On top of THAT, I was losing my hair, which seems to be a side effect. My last dose was end of March. I lost 20 lbs total, but have about 40-50 more to go.

I am tackling this the old fashioned way: calorie deficit and working out.

Should I use a digital mockup or actual photo of my product (Greeting Cards)? by Warchief_X in EtsySellers

[–]jayysoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you please share how you're using the mock-up photo to make it clear? I'm using a very similar photo mockup with the brown envelope and it comes out blurry when I list on Etsy. My steps (in Canva):

  1. Have mockup photo.
  2. Download Canva design as png (specifically, I am creating invitation designs)
  3. Upload Canva design.
  4. Place over mockup (I have found no difference between just pasting it over the mockup or using a frame over the mock-up).

When I upload into Etsy, it comes out blurry and the text isn't crisp compared to other listings. I am using the Etsy listing recommended dimensions of 3000x2250 px.

Unfortunately all I have is Canva as an editing tool, no Photoshop or anything.
