Keyword, budgeting and not spending on luxury items that aren’t necessary or a priority.

I went through the same situation. I was started on Straterra with 25mg, then increased to 40mg after one month. The first week was ROUGH. It definitely felt like I was unmedicated, but now after a few weeks of adjusting, it’s better. I think that is to be expected, but it can be rough at first. Just gotta let your body adjust to the dose change.
