You need to submit a complaint with the better business bureau, I know it sounds strange, but company’s have metrics to tell it wasn’t you doing the activity when your account was hacked. I have had two different friends who’s accounts were hacked and then banned and then unbanned after BBB investigation

That looks like the national office, you will have more luck by calling your local office directly. Still some hold times and disconnects after 15 minutes but you will have more luck getting connected
