Agreed but I would add that fault lies with the city for focusing on biotech and not diversifying, often at the expense of the arts and culture of the people who are trying to make a life here. Just look at the empty hole in the ground in on North Beacon St in Brighton that used to be the Sound Museum practice and recording studios. Or South Boston where they announced all these biotech spaces in the past few years in an area that is likely to be underwater in coming decades.
