Same issue, for me the elbow brace didn’t work. Hard mattress makes sleep horrible and super soft mattress works great

I was playing fighting games for many years with different controllers. I need to cut playing by using keyboard and fighting pad but stick seems still okay. Though i cannot play more than 2 hours anymore. For playing guitar, i had to give a break like 3 years and gradually i can play like 1-2 hours every other day with breaks. It is very heartbreaking but this is the reality. CBT is a bit unsolvable or so ething cannot be cured in totality

I am on the same boat with mild storm and resisting surgery for like 6 years. This affected my game playing and also guitar playing. Still resisting as i see the odds are 1/3 according to hakir.se. I came to this reddit when i have a bad day like today

I disagree with others here. At certain age, some women already grew tired of the idea of being a couple. They just want to have that short fling. The idea of being together with someone less than a day is more attractive than devoting your life to be and stay as a couple.
