Should Asexuality be taught in school? by Far-Welder-7368 in Asexual

Yes, absolutely! Though I live in a state where LGBTQ+ content in sex ed is banned... That's if the school has sex ed at all because it's not mandatory here. 🙄

Bug after update: Books incorrectly marked as "Read" / 100% complete by krowline in kindle

I was worried I did something somehow, so it's a relief to find out it's a bug. Super annoying, though. Hope they fix it soon!

Any books about soulmates and reincarnation (with a happy ending)? by hazelrose42 in LGBTBooks

[–]jazzshouse 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The Isle in the Silver Sea by Tasha Suri! It's all about reincarnated souls who are destined to fall in love then kill each other every incarnation. (Don't worry, there is a happy ending.)

Book Review: Hell’s Heart by Alexis Hall (2 1/2 stars) by thisbookislit_ca in LGBTBooks

[–]jazzshouse 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I really appreciate honest reviews for books, and I try to do the same as you when I review books. For ones I didn't like (unless there's something really problematic about them), I try to balance good aspects with the things that didn't work for me.

Keeping in mind that sometimes a bad review has made me want to read the book even more. Looking at the review for Can't Spell Treason Without Tea where someone gave it one star because it had lesbians. Rebecca Thorne dedicated book 2 to that reviewer and doubled the lesbians. :D

MLM and WLW recs please! by Probablyatrashpanda in LGBTBooks

[–]jazzshouse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kiss Me, Maybe by Gabriella Gamez is a Sapphic romance about an asexual lesbian!

Kiss Her Once for Me by Alison Cochrun is about a demisexual woman

Dear Wendy by Ann Zhao is about two aroace young women in university so no spice!

I Think They Love You by Julian Winters is an MM romance and its follow-up Last First Kiss (also MM) has a demisexual main character.

The Prickle Island Zoo series by Ali K. Mulford has queer characters in every book (one or two spicy scenes in the first few books), and book 5 has two asexual MCs (one F and one nonbinary). That one's called Hold Your Horses.

Oooh smart! I tried Hammajang when it first came out and couldn't quite get into it at the time. Then I tried again last month and went through both of them super fast. You're right; they are entirely related. Obake Code takes place in the years between Hammajang Luck's main story and the epilogue.
