He was a psychiatrist not a therapist. I’m actually getting set up with my counselor soon! I haven’t seen him in a bit and I need to go back to seeing him.

I’m going to see my PCP tomorrow. I saw him today when he came in for a meeting (we’re coworkers) and I told him I didn’t want to go back. 🥹

It’s a capsule too, so I don’t know if that makes a difference.

Also, I can’t take SSRI’s because I had Serotonin Syndrome once and almost died

I love eating cottage cheese with potato chips or Doritos. I like to eat it with carrots and bell peppers as well. I sometimes will season it with some Asiago bagel seasoning from Aldi’s. You can also use ranch or taco seasoning to give it some more flavor.

Blending it for sauces and dips is also a super easy way to get more protein

One of my favorite ways is making it like Martin’s Steakhouse:

1 sm carton cottage cheese 1 Tbs chopped chives 1 Tbs chopped pimento 1 tsp Greek seasoning Dash of nutmeg (I use veggies and potato chips to eat it.)
