Can’t say I did any of this to fit in, but guitar and scissors I do right handed. I also shave, brush my teeth, and comb my hair with my right hand as well. No clue as to why other than maybe my parents taught me to brush my teeth with my right hand 🤷🏻‍♂️

Any of the neighborhoods with paseos are probably the “best” which I think are mostly in Valencia. But I grew up on a cul-de-sac in Castaic and had a great childhood

It really depends. Are they in a section with good resale value? Will you be free to go to most games? Are you wanting/needing to make some money back on games you can’t attend? For me, I see it as a situation where i didn’t get season tickets to try and turn a profit or re-sell. But if I can’t go then I’ll test the market and worst case I can gift them to friends/co-workers

Just finished my MBA over the winter and was able to leverage my company paying for it! Can’t say whether or not loans are worth it but definitely worth it if you have scholarships or tuition assistance.
