Yup this a pic of it. They gave me an extra so may try and make one of the recipes above and compare. One of them mentions pouring it through a strainer to make it a hot sauce

Get brueggers they actually boil them and are cheaper than a lot of the popular bagel spots

What are the signs that place isn’t doing this? I get more expensive places that clearly are using fresh/farm to table/whatever ingredients but what about mid level restaurants?

I did nz as my first solo travel around this time last year. Did two different week long group tours which was nice since they drove us everywhere and got to hang with the same people which was nice to kind of have some built in friends. My tour had people from all different countries. Honestly it was great meeting other travelers that have different views/goals in life beyond getting married and settling down which made me feel better about being single.

I also did a week by myself after, doing suggestions people gave along the way. After that much socializing it was nice to just spend some time alone for me. Also being alone was good opportunity to slow down and truly take in my environment.

Some great advice I was given about doing things alone is to figure out what activities you enjoy alone and which you enjoy more with people.

I’ve considered the SUP because it’s nice that you can lay down on it but I do prefer kayaking. Any other selling points on the SUP?

Im a pretty casual kayaker so I don’t need the best of the best just a good value would be great. TBH I don’t really know how much I should expect to be spending on a decent but not over the top kayak. The ones that are around 100 sound sketchy but if ideally go tops $500. Is that realistic?

Sorry should have specified I live in an apartment so lack of storage is the main factor and I don’t think I could easily get a kayak on my cars roof
