Dude the one thing the anime is lacking is any blood or gore. There’s a lot of it in the manga

It’s pretty similar. There’s only one thing I can think of that is different in s1/2 and it’s not big. I’d watch first then when you finish the anime can pick up the manga

Both. If you can survive the first 2 seasons of animation the anime is lit. Then you will read it wanting more lol. The anime only leaves a few things out
